Part Three!!!

This is the pump that takes the grapes from the collecting carrol and pumps them into the soft press. Sometimes we sit on a stool and operate it when the grapes are being transferred.



This is the soft press machine. It presses the grapes for the must. This is in the courtyard between the two buildings(acetaia vecchia and nuova).(Heli and Daniele are waving in the picture.)






After racogliere, we are in charge of cleaning up the picking up equipment. Here is Heli with washing our gloves and forbicci at the sink!


Also our jackets drying in the sun. They are currently in a state of perpetual stickiness, I have had to get used to sticky arms and face and legs. It kind of drives us nuts though.
